We’re happy to announce that The Rocket Summer and Maxeen will be joining us this February for the Matt Hoopes Birthday Tour. Its about the dumbest tour name we’ve had yet, but we think it’ll be really fun. The tour kicks off on Matt Hoopes’ birthday, and so we decided that we want to treat every show like its a birthday party. Feel free to bring party hats, noise makers, lampshades, etc…. Just no Jessica Simpsons inside of cakes please (too many artificial ingredients). There will be many more details to come, but this is a start. If you haven’t checked out TRS or Maxeen, we suggest doing so. Both bands are personal favorites of ours, and we couldn’t be happier about their willingness to go out on the road with us.
